FALL RIVER — Barbara Platt confirmed off her new ta-tas, created with love, care and yarn, by individuals of Knitted titties, to aid her believe "common" after a double mastectomy.

Platt suffered breast melanoma first in 2005, then again 10 years later. The second time, she had lumps in each breasts. That cemented her plan to have them removed.

"I pointed out it's time to head ladies," Platt pointed out.

At seventy three, and having already undergone surgical procedures, Platt, of Tiverton, decided in opposition t reconstructive surgical procedure. That supposed she'd put on silicone prosthetics, as an alternative.
