RICHMOND, Va. -- Breast cancer survivors met with Virginia state lawmakers Wednesday to push for enhanced health care and medicine as part of Breast melanoma Advocacy Day. The Virginia Breast melanoma foundation organized the adventure on the generic meeting.
Salud Astruc is a breast melanoma survivor and a member of the community. She experienced first-hand the challenges of dealing with a cancer diagnosis.
